SafeNet is looking for a leader who can help execute on our strategic plan by managing our international sales and account management team. Specific focus for the position will be a coaching and developing personnel; managing sales to P&L; exceeding company-set sales goals through successful strategic planning, sales team management; and representing our company in a professional manner to the video content community here and abroad.
Qualification Requirements:
Experience:
5+ years of significant sales management and business development experience. Demonstrated success in helping set and execute strategic plans as part of a dynamic management team. Prior experience with decision level contacts in the film industry a major plus.
Skills:
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
Ability to analyze market trends, think strategically, and determine client needs
Highly motivated to succeed.
Strong leader
Strong understanding of technology, a technical background is a plus
Education:
BA/BS degree required, MBA preferred.

Product Manager Responsibilities include, but are not limited, to, the
following:
— Manage product/delivery results ensuring achievement of annual targets and objectives.
— Participate in overall product strategy, R&D requirements, development and manufacturing coordination for new and emerging products. Coordinate technical product development, estimates of potential profits and release to production.
— Manage the product development process and conduct appropriate
market research.

— Develop and maintain a prioritized list of customer and market requirements for product.
— Coordinate and develop marketing, sales, engineering and financial plans for product line.
— Provide financial and technical justification for product selection and definition.
— Produce competitive analysis materials comparing product with its key competitors.

to develop technical content for marketing communications vehicles, including brochures and manuals.
— Participate in key sales situations for the product. Develop
product launch plans for assigned products.
— Collaborate with a wide variety of functional areas such as
sales, engineering, marketing and operations to develop and provide product definitions responsive to customer needs and market opportunities.
