eBay India Plans Entrepreneurship Programme For Disabled, Elderly And Retired

Asia Times Online: eBay India plans to create a platform that would empower the disabled, elderly and retired citizens of India to explore entrepreneurial opportunities on the auction portal. That will be a new community of buyers and sellers for the auction giant which has made a success of its entrepreneurship programme in India.
eBay India has 2-million people spread across 240 towns buying and selling goods across 2,500 categories – ranging from clothes, automobiles, computers and peripherals to collectibles, services and even home-made pickles.
