Industry Moves: IAB CEO Leaving; CNNMoney.com VP; Hallmark; PureVideo

Howard Manus has joined CNNMoney.com as VP of marketing and operations, based in NYC. Manus will be primarily responsible for overseeing sales development and ad operations, including trafficking, campaign- and inventory-management. Manus had been with BusinessWeek for over 13 years, most recently as its site’s VP of operations.
Greg Stuart, CEO of the Interactive Advertising Bureau since late 2001, is leaving the organization at the end of the year to rejoin the private sector, preferably as a CEO. IAB is recruiting a new CEO. Release. (via ClickZ)
— Hallmark Channel has done some restructuring, and Michelle Vicary has been elevated to senior VP, acquisitions and scheduling, where she’ll oversee the new department and will negotiate acquisition deals. She’ll also manage content for non-linear platforms such as VOD and HD TV.
— PureVideo Networks has hired Carrie Kelly as its new VP of Sales. Kelly previously served as VP of search marketing for Ask.com.
