The Hindu Business Line: Hyderabad-based animation company Color Chips India plans to raise $10 million from overseas markets. The company has informed the Bombay Stock Exchange that an extraordinary general meeting of the members of the company will be held on August 21 to consider allotment of preferential equity shares and a GDR offer to raise up to $10 million. Color Chips offers software and content services for developing 2D/3D animation, high-end SFX and graphics.
