The Tribune Company is going mobile — the media company has 11 daily newspapers including the Chicago Tribune and the LA Times as well as 26 TV stations and more than 50 websites. Tribune Interactive handles the new media arm of the business, and has signed up Crisp Wireless to put the company’s content onto mobile, including latimes.com, chicagotribune.com, and newsday.com. Also, there’ll be a mobile version of “hoyinternet.com, the Spanish-language website, Metromix, a guide to entertainment in Chicago, and other TI brands”.
