Helio,
the high-end MVNO which is targeting the youth market in U.S., has launched a promo which is bound to get some kids rolling in: the post-paid service is dropping its two-year contract requirement, as well as its early termination fee. The promo is only for MySpace users (well, the 100 million of them…wait, the ones in U.S.)…as you know, Helio has an exclusive deal with MySpace to have it on their phones.
Helio’s MySpace page is here.
RCR: Helio recently added a lower-priced, entry-level calling plan, adjusted its a la carte offerings and gave subscribers the ability to add a line to their account for $10 per month. However, it has held firm on the price of its Hero and Kickflip handsets, which are $275 and $200 respectively.
