Operative,
an interactive advertising industry leader, is looking for someone to join our client implementation and consulting team. This team works closely with our clients, other members of the implementation team, sales, and product development to ensure smooth, successful implementations of the Operative Dashboard, our enterprise software product.
Headquartered in New York City with its international base in London and offices around the world, Operative provides a full range of software and services to many of the world’s leading media companies including The Wall Street Journal, The Economist, WPP, Beyond Interactive and MSN.
Each implementation represents a new challenge that will give you exposure to new clients, business issues, technologies and people and will involve a wide range of responsibilities including:
Core Duties and Responsibilities
— Working with clients to understand and document their business needs and requirements.
— Performing thorough analysis of the client’s business needs/requirements in order to put together and execute a plan that best meets the client’s goals.
— Managing client implementations and serving as a primary point of contact.
— Providing timely feedback to product team, sales, and leadership teams in regards to implementation status and challenges.
— Coordinating the training of client personnel to ensure proper and effective utilization of the products; ongoing account management and addressing client issues/problems in a timely fashion.
— Following up with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
— Evangelizing Operative products and services
— Identifying opportunities for client growth
— Coordinating with Operative internal teams (product management and sales) to represent client needs, requests, and requirements.
Education:
— Bachelor’s degree required
— 2-4 years experience implementing and/or supporting software preferably with client
— Ability to identify problems, mediate issues, develop solutions, and implement a course of action.
— Experience working with Internet products and technologies.
— Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
— Deadline and detail-oriented, with the ability to multi-task and juggle multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
— Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
— Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications is required.
— Experience working in a start-up environment. (preferred)
