We are looking for a talented individual for this position which will be accountable for sales of our digital entertainment products and services. Will oversee and actively participate in the entire sales process from prospecting to close.
Some Key Responsibilities include:
— Develop and execute overall sales performance plan to sales goals.
— Implement a consistent account planning process including goals setting and objectives.
— Preparation and delivery of sales presentations, closing of sales and resolution of customer issues.
— Develop relationships with key executives across all channels of the company’s business to enhance revenue opportunities.
— Establish an organizational sales culture that fosters team work, high motivation and solid work ethic.
— Coach and manage sales team through effective selection, development, training and evaluation.
— Conduct due diligence (quality, breadth, business/economic terms, revenue and ROI modeling).
— Set up and maintain sales management database.
Skills/Requirements/Qualifications:
— College-level degree in business, marketing or related area required.
— Minimum of 7 years of professional sales experience, preferably in a technical environment, with a successful track record of solution selling and quota achievement.
— Proficiency to maintain strong business relationship and handle complex customer situations.
— Excellent communication skills, a positive attitude and effective negotiation skills.
— At least 7+ years in the entertainment services industry.
— Must be able to communicate effectively and authoritatively in the areas of entertainment media, consumer electronics, and technology products that enable the delivery/consumption of digital media.
— Ability to synthesize information to present it clearly and concisely to clients and various internal departments.
— Extensive experience managing and motivating sales team members.
— Success in identifying short and long-term solutions.
— High-energy, independent, self-starter, passionate, honest, team player.
— Ability to accomplish objectives through accountability, budgets and results measurement.
— Very detail-oriented and well-organized; ability to manage in high-activity, high-transaction environment.
— Proven track record in sales: ability to meet and exceed individual and team sales targets on a consistent basis.
— Expertise in PowerPoint, MS Word and Excel to structure complex sales packages and develop quality proposals.
— Travel: 25% to 40%.
