Microsoft acquired Massive Inc. with days like this in mind: the launch of the gaming ad network’s first interactive in-game video ad unit. Toyota Motor Sales USA is first on board, touting its new 2007 Yaris in Funcom’s multiplayer online game “Anarchy Online.” The campaign uses a mix of Massive ad units; the interactive ads only appear in spots selected and approved by the game’s creative developers.
