& Marketing Manager, Online Promotions Marketing, NYC


Job Description:
Manage concept development and pitch of advertiser promotional programs on and Work with Project Managers to execute and launch programs.
— Develop innovative online marketing concepts, often in collaboration with TV and magazine promotions marketing groups
— Write strategic proposals that concisely illustrate the strategy, advantages, breadth and depth of the programs.
— Act as liaison between Online Ad Sales and Nickelodeon Standards & Practices, Legal, and Site Heads
— Present marketing proposals with Ad Sales to clients and agencies
— Balance client goals and requests with Nickelodeon brand requirements
— Direct marketing strategy of each program on individual account list
— Partner with Project Manager to ensure all components of program meet the client’s goals and launch on time
— Oversee sweepstakes fulfillment
— Identify best candidates for case studies and, in collaboration with research, TV and magazine marketing, develop case studies
— Develop sell sheets and programs with On-Air, Off-Channel and Magazine marketing for Upfront Ad Sales Packages
— Manage other programs and projects as needed (internal newsletters, online promotions marketing elements of Nick tentpoles, etc)

— 3-5 years online agency or advertising/marketing experience
— Bachelors Degree Required
