— Oversees all activity related to the composition of the homepage for
— Work with programming, promotional, business development, advertising and all other Comcast entities to create a dynamic balanced experience for our user base.
— Continuously monitor and adjust hierarchy and positioning to align with business goals and meet customer needs
— Evaluate options for delivering levels of personalized experience
— Develop master schedules and calendars coordinated with all supporting entities
— Remain objective in delivering the best possible user experience, utilizing data, survey and other informational techniques to establish criteria for change and update
— Continuously evolve to both support the business demands and customer needs
— Extensive experience within online marketing, editorial, advertising or programming departments
— Ability to clearly articulate and communicate a vision to multiple functional groups.
— Ability to balance priorities
— Ability to innovate
— Ability to work with multiple teams to both sell and implement a vision
— Ability to craft and articulate a strategy
— Detail oriented with a passion for data driven results
— Creativity, attention to detail, ability to effectively prioritize and multi-task, flexibility and comfort in fast-changing and ambiguous environments.
— Excellent presentation and communication skills.
— Must be a team player, able to work closely with cross-functional development groups and anticipate and react to changes quickly.
— 8-10 years online or equivalent experience
— Must be able to travel.
