The Global Account Manager will have a highly responsible client-facing role managing existing relationships with DoubleClick’s top-tier clients.
Primary responsibilities:
-Working as part of a team managing DoubleClick’s most strategic client relationships.
-Managing existing high-value, highly complex client relationships.
-Gaining an in-depth knowledge of clients’ businesses and organizational structures.
-Acting as conduit between DoubleClick’s service organization and clients.
-Fostering close links between senior executive contacts within client organizations and DoubleClick senior management.
Skills/Experience:
-Candidate will demonstrate a strategic and analytical relationship management approach with focus on building partnerships with top-tier clients.
-5+ years hands-on account management or client services experience
-Must be a leader focused on customer service with excellent communication, networking and negotiation skills.
-Exceptional organizational skills.
-Experience in the internet advertising space.
-Can-do, positive attitude and determination to succeed.
-BA/BS degree required, MBA preferred.
