According to UBS analyst Aryeh Bourkoff, News Corp. Chairman Rupert Murdoch told investors in Australia this week that Fox Interactive Media should have $350 million in revenue for 2006 –confirming earlier estimates — and expects close to $500 million in FY07.
Bourkoff also told clients today that MySpace will launch in Japan this fall in a 50-50 JV with Softbank; no confirmation yet from the company.
I can’t link to the UBS note; here’s the Reuters’ follow.
Update: The official comment from MySpace/FIM on Japan: “No comment.” As far as I know, the deal is in the offing but hasn’t been finalized yet.
