It seems Kozoru, a mobile IM search technology startup, is up for sale is scouting for “strategic partners”. It has hired a Kansas City investment banker Nations Media Partners to find a buyer for it do the job. Kozoru’s recently launched application Byoms lets users create their own AIM bots for mobile search. Kozoru may pitch its sale to Microsoft, Yahoo, AOL, Google and InterActive Corp. as well as online advertising firms and media companies in Asia, says the report. Kozoru was founded in 2004 with $3 million funding from Kansas Technology Enterprise Corp. and Euronet Worldwide.
