This position at Rentrak will be east coast based and responsible for selling OnDemand Essentials to cable program networks and other content providers. In addition to scheduling meetings and presenting the benefits of OnDemand Essentials to these potential clients, the VP of Business Development will negotiate agreements with these providers in accordance with established guidelines. Other responsibilities include representing Rentrak at trade shows and participating in on demand industry organizations and events. On an as needed basis this person will serve as a back up to the SVP, OnDemand Essentials cable MSO sales (to secure data feeds). In addition the VP will provide ongoing service to our clients to insure strong relationships and to secure future business opportunities.
