The Vice President, Account Services is responsible for overseeing Reprise Media’s entire account team infrastructure. As a member of the Senior Management team, with P&L responsibility, the VP of Account Services collaborates to define corporate strategies and overall company direction, creates business intelligence solutions that resolve both the objectives of clients and fulfill the company’s vision, and directs development of protocols for managing Reprise Media’s service offering. This experienced professional will manage Account Directors that oversee three key functional areas (Client Services, Media & Operations), in the creation of methodologies, processes, deliverables and quality standards. The VP, Account Services will also provide overall visionary leadership for the development of the group.
Key Areas of Responsibility:
– Oversee group that interfaces with our strategic clients, partners and vendors
– Ensure Reprise Media achieves – and exceeds – our clients’ business objectives
– Work with clients to develop business strategies, requirements and objectives and the associated plans that support formal partnership agreements
– Assist in defining and implementing processes and methodologies to ensure success of partner initiatives, including performance data reviews and ensuring data analysis is “action-focused”
– Contributing to company strategy, plans and service focus, based on feedback from clients and staff
– Actively participates in management and training of account team personnel, motivating the team to a high level of performance
– Oversee department budget and profitability plan
– Work cross functionally with other departments (specifically Sales, Finance and Product Development) to ensure proper resource management
– Deliver financial reports, both aggregate and by account, on a regular basis
– Define staffing requirements and grow team in accord with plan
– Identify new business opportunities within client relationships
– Cultivate strong client relationships with our marquee customer base
– Foster best practices for team in dealing with the search engines and technology partners
– Contribute to new business pitches, as appropriate
Required Skills:
– Strong understanding of the Search Engine Marketing (SEM) industry including the major players and supporting technologies
– Deep understanding of multi-channel marketing strategies
– Ability to understand client goals and how they translate into media strategy
– Process oriented, with the ability to juggle many tasks at one time; time management skills are critical to this role
– Must possess exceptional oral and written communication skills, presentation skills and client relationship building skills Excellent quantitative and qualitative analysis abilities
– Minimum of 10 years ad agency/consulting experience, specifically in developing client service solutions and business development strategies in a technology, advertising or consulting organization
– Minimum 5 years managing 10 or more employees in a fast-paced, client service work environment
Senior-level project management experience in providing strategic/technology /business process solutions with financial responsibility for projects and/or practice areas
– Demonstrated experience building profitable client relationships
