ABC.com’s two-month broadband streaming trial will end as expected … No new data yet but Anne Sweeney, co-chair, Disney Media Networks/president, Disney-ABC Television Group, told Reuters plans are already being made to bring a revamped version back in the fall. The look probably will be similar but the shows will change. That’s to be expected given that they’ve already canelled one and completed the run of another. As you’ve read here before, Disney execs will proceed based at least, in part, on the data collected during the trial.
