Thailand’s leading telco Advanced Info Service (AIS) plans to bump up its mobile content customer base from the current 2.3 million to 4 million by the end of this year. It also plans to talk to two rival operators for shared use of copyrighted mobile content. Somchai Lertsuttiwong, executive vice-president of the wireless division of AIS, said that the company is projected to earn 13 billion baht this year. [Via Bangkok Post]
