MTVN’s Logo Acquires Three LGBT Sites

MTV Networks’ Logo has acquired news site and Erosion Media’s and; it will combine the three with Erosion Media co-founder Sarah Warn will stay on as an executive producer for Logo; founder Rob Sands will be a consultant. No financial details.
Logo is the ad-supported network targeting LGBT viewers, launched by MTV Networks on June 30, 2005.
