Time for serial entrepreneur Mark Fletcher to move on from Bloglines. He stuck around for more than a year after the February 2005 sale to Ask, which was in turn acquired by IAC/I. Last week Bloglines and Ask launched blog and feed search, a major milestone. From his blog: “… the real reason is once a start up guy, always a geek (I know, say it ain’t so!). So what’s next? At some point I’ll start another company; that’s a difficult habit to break. But I’m also going to focus more of my time helping other startups and newbie entrepreneurs, something I’m finding increasingly rewarding.” He’s done some work with Plaxo and is on the board of video-tool startup One True Media.
