Turner Broadcasting networks CNN and Cartoon Network have filed sut against Cablevision overs its remote DVR plans. Remember, the two cable networks — the first to join the studios and three broadcast networks in the scrum — come from the same Time Warner that pulled the plug on Mystro TV, which faced much of the same criticism. They’re also siblings of Time Warner Cable, which would be interested in offering network DVR service — if it’s proven to be legal.
