Vodafone Germany is about to launch the Radio DJ service first mooted in January, and there are some prices given. The subscription is available both on mobile phones and the home PC for 9.99 euros per month, and can be trialled for 1.49 euros per hour. It works on UMTS phones (currently Nokia 6630, 6680, N70 and N91) and is available in 1800 locations throughout Germany. The service allows users to choose what genre of music they want to listen to, and what decade, and receive a radio channel based on those filters. They can also buy any song they hear as a download to their PC or mobile.
