Cosmic Infinity,
a mobile gaming publisher (James interviewed them a month ago here), has been bought out by Capcom, as the much bigger game publisher beefs up its mobile and online presence.
Capcom’s new mobile division, Capcom Mobile, gets Cosmic Infinity’s North American mobile rights for “Who Wants To Be A Millionaire”, along with the deal. Other games in the portfolio: ESPN Poker Club, Shade, Golf Channel: Mobile Tour, Rocket Bowl and Vortex.
All of CI’s employees are joining Capcom. Financial terms of the agreement were not disclosed.
