The position, based in New York City, will report to the Vice President, Account Activation.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage the implementation of online advertising and promotional campaigns for CBS Radio key national clients. Provide detailed trafficking instructions. Monitor the execution of all web and digital program elements, assure compliance and provide detailed tracking reports on all executions.
— Traffic, launch, track and troubleshoot online and mobile media orders
— Monitor online campaign delivery
— Advise execution and sales team of inventory control issues
— Work with Sales/Marketing to determine executability of program objectives
— Communicate ad specs to client and internal creative agencies
— Adhere to and manage stringent deadline structure
This position will work very closely with the local stations as well as vendors.
Requirements:
— Direct experience with Internet and/or advertising industries is required.
— Experience with ad serving applications is necessary.
— Must be detail oriented, verbal and written communication skills is critical.
— Familiarity with web CMS systems required.
— Must be savvy in area of digital media promotion with prior experience.
— Must be familiar with website analytics and traffic patterns.
— Must thrive in a fast paced environment and be able to work efficiently under tight deadlines.
— Must be able to handle multiple projects concurrently.
— Media/Radio/broadcast experience/understanding highly desirable.
— At least 3 years of related experience.
— Minimum bachelor’s degree required.
Will work daily with Vice President, Interactive Sales and Manager, Strategic Marketing.
