Airborne To Go Public in Canada

Updated below: So says this story in Montreal Gazette, which is behind a subscription wall. So if any of you have more details, e-mail me. Anyway, Airborne, the mobile content firm which was bought by Japanese company Cybird last year for about $90 million, will go public in an IPO on the Canadian exchange TSX, the story says.
Updated: Someone sent me the story: Airborne has annual revenues of about $30 million, and has more than 100 employees, mainly in its Montreal studios, but also in New York. The original investors retained a 15-per- cent stake after Cybird’s acquisition of control.
