Who knew? Consumer Reports has a story comparing the mobile music service in U.S. Under the microscope: Verizon. Sprint and Amp’d. The verdict: “None of these music services alone justify upgrading your cell-phone service or your phone. Instead, they offer a possible extra capability to those who are considering those upgrades for other reasons. Sprint is the best of the bunch overall, due to the relative ease by which you can shop for and manage your music. But its compromised sound quality, even compared with other services, and other limitations make it better suited to occasionally supplementing your digital music library than becoming its content hub.”
