– Develop a strategy and approach to manage and maintain interaction with tier-1 partners regarding sales, distribution, licensing and product development.
— Develop and maintain business relationships with licensees in the games and interactive products category.
— Achieve quarterly revenue goals.
— Ensure execution of all contractual obligations, product & packaging development, awareness of all brand information and development, ongoing support and direction to licensee through frequent written, oral and on-site communication.
— Research, pursue and negotiate agreements with new business partners.
— Prepare accurate and timely budget projections and re-forecasts in regard to account royalties.
— Keep current with industry trends and developments through networking, attending trade shows and industry functions.
— Liaise with internal functional teams (design, production, engineering, research, and business) to develop and implement business strategy, new products and enhancements
Required Qualification/Skills:
— 3 – 5 years experience in licensing, marketing or sales.
— Experience in brand management, licensing industry or consumer goods preferred.
— Superb project management skills, experience in managing multiple projects across multiple teams
— Business development and planning skills
— Strong sales and negotiation skills
— Strong organizational skills
— Detail oriented
— Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
— Presentation Skills
— Good PC skills (MS Office & email)
— Team player
— Bachelor degree in Business or Marketing, MBA a plus.
— Experience with games related products- a plus.
