The position: The Managed Services (MS) Technical Account Manager (TAM) serves as the single point of contact for all post-sale day-to-day client interactions. TAM’s are responsible for developing and maintaining exceptional customer satisfaction across the MS customer base.
Qualified candidates must have 4+ years experience, strong customer-facing skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills and exposure to mobile Internet technologies. Must work collaboratively and be team-oriented.
