the online information site of Reed Business Information’s biggest entertainment publication that covers the global media and entertainment marketplace in 84 countries is looking for an Online Sales Account Executive to grow the East Coast territory. The position is based in New York.
With a minimum of 2-3 years of experience selling online advertising, the Online Sales Account Executive must be willing to generate leads, RFP’s, meetings, and close deals. He/she will be responsible for assisting in the development of online sales and all relevant functions, including but not limited to: sales support information, development of agency lists and contacts, setting up appointments with clients and agencies and work closely with the print account executives on sales calls.
Our ideal candidate has a consumer industry background to focus on clients in the beauty, fashion, liquor, production services and film industries. Agency and corporate direct contacts are a must. Knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint and ACT is necessary.
We are looking for a person, who is smart, aggressive, and savvy and will overcome objections to generate revenue.
Compensation
