This is neat, and something I wish I had come across a few weeks ago (before those horrendous flights to and from CTIA). Seatguru is a website that gives you the lowdown on which seats are good and which are bad on a variety of aircraft, along with helpful links to airline sites. In an incredibly useful move its gone mobile (mobile.seatguru.com) so you can check the seats at the airport, or in the taxi on the way. The site is pared down, I think there are less airlines listed and there are no explanatory notes, just the image, but if you know it exists you’re probably familiar with how it works anyway.
