Clickz: Discovery Mobile is expected to launch in the US in the third quarter of this year — it’s already live in Europe. Proposed content includes “short programs with travel-related content, science news, and other short-form knowledge-based content”. There will probably be ads, but Discovery has not yet worked out what form the ads will take. The video content will be 20-minute blocks broken into 30-second to four-minute segments, and will target the 15-39 age group.
