SENIOR MANAGER, PARTNER MARKETING
6-8yrs w/promotions, brand partnerships, co-marketing, retail, licensing)
The Senior Manager, Partner Marketing will be responsible for the day-to-day management of key partner marketing initiatives focusing on customer acquisition and brand awareness.
Primary responsibilities include:
— Manage consumer promotional initiatives with top tier brand partnerships
— Manage co-marketing initiatives with technology partners, including OEMs and hardware/software manufacturers
— Manage retail marketing partnerships, including planning and implementation of promotions
— Manage brand licensing program in conjunction with business development and creative teams
Specific duties include:
— Manage feedback and approval process for marketing elements
— Facilitate delivery of creative assets for implementation of marketing initiatives and campaigns
— Develop and maintain resources that support all partnerships
— Provide support for business development efforts
— Provide analysis and insights based on current partnerships and develop success metrics
— Foster positive ongoing relationships with key partners
— Identify and maximize value of promotional programs and track results
Job Requirements:
— 6-8 years work experience (promotions, brand partnerships, retail marketing, licensing)
— Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field
— Must have a proven track record of managing co-marketing partnerships and promotions
— Experience working with top tier brands
— Subscription marketing, music industry, technology marketing experience a plus
— Proficient in Excel, Word and PowerPoint
Specific skills required:
— Ability to clearly present marketing strategies to creative team to ensure company and partner objectives are being met/addressed
— Strong ability to analyze creative (art direction and copy) to ensure clear and accurate strategic communication
— Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
— Excellent organizational skills; ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects from inception through completion
— Strong analytical skills
— Experience working across functional areas, including creative, production, operations, programming, legal, etc.
— Ability to develop, maintain and adjust systems to support business objectives
— Ability to juggle many concurrent projects and work in a team environment
