Maveron, a Seattle VC firm with about $600 million under management, has appointed Jonathan Fram, former GM of media at Bloomberg and former president of Net2Phone, as its seventh partner. His role: identify opportunities in digital media and wireless sectors. Fram most recently served as an entrepreneur-in-residence at Doll Capital Management.
Maveron was founded by former investment banker Dan Levitan and Starbucks Chairman Howard Schultz.
