Original Moco Vs FierceMoco

If you are a MocoNews.net reader, then you already know this. FierceMarkets, a Washington DC-based B2B publisher, has appropriated the word “Moco” all for themselves and has gone and filed for trademark protection at USPTO. It’s a bizarre thing to do. MocoNews has been there since June 2003, while FierceMarkets launched their newsletter FierceMoco only a month or two back. We have responded with a legal notice to them.
