Muze Inc.: CLIENT RELATIONSHIP MANAGER

Muze Inc., the industry leader in the hot digital media space, provides
information for companies such as Ebay, Borders and Best Buy. Muze is
helping define the digital media space and is growing. Muze seeks a
Client Relationship Manager for our Client Services Department with 2+ years account management and technical troubleshooting experience.

Responsibilities include relationship management of Fortune 500
accounts, product implementation/integration support, client
presentations and meeting facilitation, resolving technical support
issues for software and data clients, setting up new accounts, new order
processing, monitoring data usage, responding to client inquiries via
phone and email as well as building and maintaining account profiles.

Candidates must have experience with MS Word, Outlook, Excel, Access and
HEAT is a +. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills and
strong organizational skills are a must. Must be able to understand
complex database concepts and structure, have well-tuned troubleshooting
abilities and possess a strong services acumen and aptitude. Candidates
must maintain a professional demeanor and be comfortable communicating
with every level of the organization. We offer competitive compensation
