EMT Buys Majority In Estonian Portal

In Estonia, EMT, a subsidiary of Eesti Telekom, the local operator there, has bought 51 per cent Internet company Serenda Investment, for about $3 million. Serenda own the online community portal Rate.ee.

Rate.ee is the biggest social network in Estonia, which connects 360,000 registered users, the company says.
