Parrot has released some Bluetooth applications which will work with a Bluetooth phone…there’s a system to hook up the phone to speakers to stream MP3s there (which will be better once general handsets get a bit more memory), but my favorite is the Parrot Photo Viewer, which lets people use Bluetooth send pictures taken with their cameraphone to a digital photo frame with a TFT screen (320×234 pixels) and a 262,144 colour display. The frame can store up to 100 pictures and instantly converts the images to the size of the screen and the position of the frame.
I’m not sure how good the camera will have to be for the images to look good in the larger size, but there are a lot of cameraphones with over 3 megapixel cameras. This is perfect for quickly putting up a picture of your mother-in-law when she pays a surprise visit…
