Israeli Internet holding company Internet Gold has made another acquisition: it has bought a 51 percent stake in Yahala, one of Israel’s largest Arab-language portals.
The site is aimed at Israel’s Arab-speaking sector, a segment that accounts for approximately 20% of Israel’s population or 1.5 million individuals, the company says.
