mFoundry, an SF-based mobile application publisher and platform provider, has received $7.3 million in second round round of venture funding, led by GRP Partners. Previous investors Ignition Partners and Apax Partners have also participated in this round.
mFoundry will use the funds to continue development of its mobile application platform, mWorks, as well as expand the company’s international presence and launch advertising-supported mobile applications. Its apps are used in mobile marketing by companies like Nestle, Lexus, and Advance Auto Parts.
