Liberty-Owned FUN Tech Buys World Winner For $23 Million

Fun Technologies, the online casual gaming provider 51 percent owned by Libery Media, has been on an acquisition spree of late: it has now bought out Newton, Mass-based WorldWinner.com, in a $23 million transaction.

WW specializes in online skill games and hosts more than 10 million games and awards millions of dollars in prizes every month, says the company.

For 2005, WorldWinner had revenues of $10.67 million, a loss before interest, taxes and extraordinary items of $0.68 million and net assets of $3.91 million.
