Paltalk is a profitable and venture backed cutting-edge internet communications company based in mid-town Manhattan, with a casual but work hard environment. The company is 8 years old but is still enjoying rapid growth and the energy and feel of a startup.
We are looking for a seasoned Senior Ad Manager to take charge of our entire multi-million dollar advertising revenue stream and daily ad operations for our 800M monthly impressions.
Primary Responsibilities:
– Manage all online advertising campaigns, on a CPM, CPC, and CPA cost basis, operate ad servers, and execute day-to-day activities of all advertising programs
– Maintain relationships with our 25+ ad networks, paid search providers and ad agencies. Work with clients to optimize campaigns and increase ad revenue
– Work with COO to develop and execute long term advertising strategies, such as bringing in new agency campaigns, ad networks, and new technologies
– Traffic new ad campaigns from Insertion Order to campaign completion.
– Work with tech dev team and Product Mgr on implementing new ad placements and tactics
– Track ad revenues, impressions, and campaign performance and provide bi-weekly reporting to Exec Mgmt
Minimum Requirements:
– Bachelor degree
– 2-5 years background with online banner and search advertising
– Experience with campaign/traffic mgmt and client relationships
– Strong analytical skills and knowledge of Excel
– Detail oriented, responsible and take charge personality
Preferred Experience:
– Experience with ad agency and direct to client ad sales
– Previous job experience with large online portal or advertising firm
– Familiarity with 3rd party ad server/yield optimizers (such as Right Media’s Yield Manager, Doubleclick’s Dart, 24/7, etc)
