Responsibilities
Partner Relations Management establishes and maintains relationships across all divisions within distribution partner organizations to facilitate thorough communication between the company and its partners and maximize the profitability of the relationship. This position reports to the SVP of Business Development and Partner Relations.
Job Description
– Act as the central point of contact for distribution partner and company divisions
– Act as the gateway for all resource and project requests by distribution partner
– Provide regular integration project status reports and issue tracking to MusicNet and its partners
– Manage all performance and business reporting obligations
– Identify, propose and pursue opportunities for expanding business relationships
– Provide client intelligence, regular competitive analysis and partner product recommendations proposals to company senior management
Requirements
Professional
– Two years experience in the online/digital music industry
– Two years experience in account management/partner relations
– Strong web technical skills
– Strong product development skills, including experience in creating user flow and user interface
– Research and analytical skills
– Bachelor’s degree. MBA or masters a plus.
Personal
– A creative self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
– Very detail-oriented and well-organized. Creative, analytic, and focused
– Excellent interpersonal, verbal, oral and written communication skills
– Ability to understand and be able to prioritize between business and technical issues
– Capable of effectively directing both technical and non-technical people without a direct authority over them
