MusicNet: Director of Sales, NYC Or Seattle

Responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced sales professional to sell our private-labeled digital music products to other businesses and be responsible for the entire sales process from prospecting to close. Specifically, we are looking for someone who:

– Has demonstrated experience prospecting, growing an account list and closing.

– Generates leads, makes outbound calls and follows up.

– Closes sales and achieve monthly sales quotas.

– Understands customer needs and requirements.

This position reports to SVP of Business Development and Partner Relations.

Qualifications

– Excellent interpersonal, verbal, oral and written communication skills

– Creative and highly self-motivated with aggressive selling and closing abilities

– Very detail-oriented and well-organized; ability to manage in high-activity, high-transaction environment

– Ability to develop and maintain strong client relationships

– Proven track record in sales: ability to meet and exceed individual sales targets on a consistent basis

– A minimum of 2 years selling experience in technology or online sales

– BA/BS degree
