(via LR) IBM business consulting team has come out with a 27-page paper on the new business models in online/broadband and IP-delivered video world, and has six priorities for execs in the industry.

If you ignore the high-falutin’ consultant talk, it has a good overview and synthesis of what we cover here day-in-day-out.
