About this Product Manager, Site Manager role:

In managing a direct-to-consumer website, one of the biggest challenges is ensuring that everything comes together on a daily basis to ensure the best possible user experience while also optimizing the revenue and retention for the site and the company. Can you lead a virtual team made up of members picked from a variety of departments? Can you be the leader for the processes and tools required to keep a website healthy and alive?

You’ll be a good match if you can do the following:

– Gain the input and participation of various teams while they are focused on the issues that drive the day-to-day business

– Justify engineering resources for site management tool development

– Ensure the site and all related tools have appropriate reporting to quantify the end benefit and identify appropriate future enhancement

– Review key site metrics in order to recommend improvements and processes appropriate to your findings
