An interesting quote from Drew Sievers, CEO of mFoundry: “In my view, just like nature abhors a vacuum, tech-based content abhors payment. I don’t see us being able to pay for all that much. In the coming months, mFoundry will partner with several advertisers and content providers to launch free, fully ad-supported applications that will rival the quality and the depth of fee-based content from the carrier catalogs.”
