Adamind (a supplier of media adaptation software for mobile messaging (MMS), content and convergence services market) has made its first acquisition — Hong Kong based SenseStream, which is in the same business as Adamind but in the Asian market. The deal was for US$1 million in cash, with up to a further US$1 million in shares to be paid in 2007 based on performance in 2006. The deal is expected to close by the end of February 2006.
