Lazard, the investment bank hired by investor Carl Icahn to analyze Time Warner corporate structure, will present its findings Tuesday in Manhattan, likely providing details of Icahn’s proposed plan to breakup the media giant.
Wasserstein will be joined by Frank Biondi, the ex-chairman of Viacom, who was recruited to Icahn’s team recently to replace Richard Parsons as CEO if Icahn succeeds in his proxy battle to replace the Time Warner board.
The release: Lazard CEO Bruce Wasserstein will make the presentation at 3:30 p.m. at the St. Regis Hotel, on 20th Floor.
Icahn has also launched a site called EnhanceTimeWarner, which will be webcasting this press conference and will have the report for download.
