The ads which will be shown during the Superbowl (at $2.5M for a 30-sec spot) will be re-aired by the NFL in various places including a video-on-demand option on Sprint’s mobile network. There’s an ABC News video on it here where they say that Burger King’s ad will be available for download to mobile as well as for forwarding to other people.
This is a clear example of people seeking out advertisements because they want to watch them…the Superbowl ads are usually the most entertaining the companies can come up with. (via Picturephoning)
