Industry Moves: Vivek Shah, Fortune/Money: Fogarty, Boston Globe; Netflix, New COO

Vivek Shah has been promoted to President, The Fortune/Money Group, at Time Inc., after four years as GM of the group. He oversees the newly relaunched CNNMoney.com site, which now includes Fortune, Fortune Small Business, Business 2.0 and Money, and the Group’s digital initiatives. (via MediaPost)

Jay Fogarty is joining Boston Globe Media as vice president-strategic planning; he was vp-sales and business development at Interland Inc. His resume includes several years as a senior engagement manager at McKinsey & Company, focusing on global media concerns.
